Biography

Filipa Rio is completing her MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, specializing in Telecommunications. She previously earned her BSc in the same field at the same institution.

At ITI, she works on the eGames Lab’s project “LuDICA,” which promotes digital literacy through interactive media. Her work involves analyzing Digital Transition Plans from Portugal and the EU, and developing an educational guide for children aged 8–10, an interactive game, and a website focused on digital transition pillars and safe internet use.
