Biography

Ana C. Veloso Luís holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Universidade de Lisboa and a Master’s in Controls and Automation from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She is currently in her second year of PhD Thesis in Sustainability Sciences at the Universidade de Lisboa.

She is a project engineer for eXtra Performance Wing demonstrator at Airbus UpNext and PhD candidate at Universidade de Lisboa. Her thesis entitled Design and feasibility of a Community-based Program to Prevent Neurodegenerative Diseases Naturally, is an integrated project between Faculdade de Belas Artes and Faculdade de Medicina of the Universidade de Lisboa. It will use multimedia-art design of interactive interfaces for the promotion of active aging activities in a local community.
