Biography

Gianni Tumedei earned a Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2022 and is now a PhD candidate in the same field. He also tutors the Mobile Application Programming course for the Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the campus of Cesena. His research focuses on human-digital twin interaction to enhance awareness and promote sustainability.

At ITI, he is exploring how the digital twin paradigm can support the representation, communication, and preservation of traditional European recipes, contributing to the RELISH project – Reframing European Gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage.
