Biography

Sara Filipa Dinis Marques holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and is pursuing a Master’s degree, also in Computer Science and Engineering, from Instituto Superior Técnico.

She is a Web Developer at the Interactive Technologies Institute, where she develops a platform that contributes to making Ocean Literacy more engaging and accessible for a wide variety of users and beneficiaries using Human-Computer Interaction and Knowledge Visualization as a foundation. To achieve this, Sara collaborates with interdisciplinary teams of technologists and designers to test and evaluate the web application called OL-in-One Compass.
