Biography

Luiz Sachser is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic and industry background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a postgraduate qualification in Materials Science from the University of Campinas. He later broadened his technical expertise by completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering in Western Australia, where he spent several years working in the engineering sector.

A few years ago, Luiz chose to pivot his career into IT, becoming a Network Engineer. He is now advancing his expertise through a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Madeira, where he also contributes to eGamesLab, researching cloud gaming, network infrastructure, and DevOps. Beyond his professional pursuits, Luiz has a keen interest in science, sports, geek culture, arts, literature and linguistics, politics, and social justice, which reflects his commitment to both personal and social development.
