Dina Dionísio

Biography
Dina Dionísio (ITI-LARSyS) holds a degree in Languages and Business Relations and is based on the beautiful Madeira Island, Portugal. Dina has spent nearly a decade deeply engaged in groundbreaking research and projects she has contributed to innovative initiatives such as BeanStalk, MEMEX, and others, with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Her work has strengthened her expertise in User Research and operational design, exploring how people engage with technology and uncovering the nuanced dynamics of user behavior.
In 2022, Dina transitioned into a Project Manager role, where she now leads several national and EU-funded projects—including DCitizens, LoGaCulture, Shift2DC, AHEAD, RELISH, MODINA, and TIDAL ArtS. She also provides essential administrative support for FCT-funded initiatives. Her work spans financial oversight, compliance, and partner communication, supporting researchers with contractual and operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution across diverse teams and institutions.
Dina’s interdisciplinary background and strategic coordination make her a key contributor to the institute’s research and innovation efforts.
